1. 30-Day Return Period You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible, stationery must be in its original, unopened packaging without any signs of use (no writing or marks).

2. How to Start a Return Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Follow these steps:

3. Refund Process Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 1-3 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods If your stationery arrives damaged (e.g., bent notebook corners or leaking pens), aceprom.shop will provide a full replacement or a 100% refund at no extra cost to you. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
